You can use In Trust magazine articles as discussion points for school leaders and for board training, either to send out via email or for time together in person. Here are three articles from the spring magazine to get discussions at your school going.
 

  • Leading change: Tod Bolsinger leads Fuller Seminary’s Church Leadership Institute, which teaches leaders to be agents of change. In shifting times, it’s an important mission. How might this help your school? Learn more here.
     
  • Telling your story:  You want to tell the story of your school and tell it well, but can you tell it in three sentences? Find out what three sentences you need to successfully tell your story to anyone. What three sentences would you use to tell your story?
     
  • A prescription for the times: A medical doctor and now retired seminary board member provides some doctor’s orders for how to navigate these tumultuous times with wisdom and grace. What would it look like for you?

The In Trust Center’s Wise Stewards Initiative allows boards to explore governance as a change agent and engine for innovation. This initiative, which is relevant and specific to the schools, is offered free for boards.
