Rosalie (Lee) Mirenda DelleMonache, Ph.D., brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in educational, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations to her role as director of organizational effectiveness. Her career has focused on strengthening organizations and developing leaders through strategic planning, program development, cross-functional collaboration, and mission-centered leadership. She has extensive experience in organizational leadership, project management, research, workshop facilitation, and lay ministry formation, with a particular emphasis on helping individuals and organizations translate mission and vision into effective practices.
Most recently, DelleMonache served as director of religious education for the Diocese of Camden, New Jersey, where she worked closely with senior diocesan leaders, pastors, parish leaders, principals, and educators. As a strategic thought partner to diocesan and parish leadership, she helped coordinate large-scale faith formation efforts across parishes and Catholic schools and supported leaders responsible for the formation of catechists, children, youth and adults. Her work included developing programs and resources, facilitating partnerships and providing guidance to parish catechetical leaders, pastors, principals and teachers as they accompanied others on their journeys of missionary discipleship.
Before joining the Diocese of Camden, DelleMonache spent 16 years at the Institute for Sport, Spirituality and Character Development at Neumann University, including seven years as director. Her work at the institute combined organizational leadership, research, program development, and mission integration.
DelleMonache earned a B.A. in English and communications from Cabrini College, an M.S. in sport management from Neumann University, and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Eastern University. Her academic preparation complements her professional experience in organizational development, education, ministry and leadership formation.
As director of organizational effectiveness, DelleMonache serves as a key leadership partner to the President/CEO, leadership team, and Board of Directors, helping ensure that the organization’s systems, processes, and initiatives remain aligned with its mission, strategic objectives and culture. She also serves as secretary to the Board of Directors, overseeing governance records and meeting administration, and leads the coordination of organizational gatherings, retreats, and conferences with an emphasis on thoughtful planning and hospitality.
