“Don’t approach this situation to show that you’re not failing. Approach this situation to celebrate how you’re succeeding. David (Rowe’s) term is flourishing, and that’s because we are doing good and we are succeeding in a lot of ways. … We have to be sensitive to what we’re creating; the outcomes that exist. I don’t think we have anything to apologize for.”
