Connect with Experienced Consultants this Fall

As Pathways for Tomorrow projects continue to evolve, many grantees are navigating questions that don’t have simple answers. Whether you’re thinking about sustaining momentum, evaluating impact, leading change, or strengthening fundraising efforts, you don’t have to work through these challenges alone.

One of our goals through the Pathways coordination program is to provide grantees with access to experienced consultants who understand the realities of leading change in theological education. This fall, we’re offering several opportunities to connect, whether you’d like to learn alongside peers in a facilitated conversation or discuss a challenge specific to your institution.

Consultant-led Drop-in Sessions

These facilitated conversations are designed around the real questions and opportunities grantees are experiencing. Rather than presentations, the sessions are interactive discussions where you can ask questions, hear how peers are approaching similar challenges, and gain practical insight from experienced consultants.

When you register, you’ll have the opportunity to submit questions or topics in advance so the conversation can be tailored to what would be most helpful to participants.

One-on-One Conversations with The FOCUS Group

If you’re wrestling with institution-specific questions related to fundraising or shared endowments, The FOCUS Group is also offering complimentary one-on-one conversations for Pathways grantees. These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss your school’s unique context and receive individualized guidance.
