COVID-19 has affected countless lives since early 2020. Many people are caring for family and friends, many have lost their health, their job, their home, and tragically, their loved ones. Most everyone is trying to balance the competing obligations of work and family. All of this can take a heavy toll physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Caregivers, including pastors and other church leaders, who are working overtime during this challenging time, are by no means exempt from the stress of this kind of work. Therefore, it is essential for caregivers to care for themselves as well. Below are some self-care resources for those who are giving their all during this time of need.
