Gen Z doesn't follow the same thinking on mental health that previous generations do. They're looking for better ways to form relationships and engage the issue, which seems pervasive in society. Dr. Josh Packard, Ph.D., the executive director of the Springtide Research Institute, focuses on young people and religion.
