Yes, Zoom fatigue is real and here’s what you can do about it

If you’ve ever had that feeling that a day of video calls and meetings takes a little something out of you, you’re not alone. “Zoom fatigue” is a real thing, according to Stanford University researchers. The researchers found four reasons why “Zooming” tires you out. They also identified solutions for those problems that can help you refresh. You can read it here
