At your school, how do board members communicate between meetings? How are board documents relayed and important decisions made ahead of meetings? Is it sometimes challenging to collaborate with your board members, who are busy and scattered across the country (or globe)? If so, take heart — there are technological solutions that may help.

Idealware recently presented a webinar titled “Tech, Cloud, and Collaboration for Nonprofit Boards.” In it, consultant Jeanne Allen and Idealware executive director Karen Graham addressed some of the challenges of board collaboration and suggested possible technological solutions to these challenges, strategies for preparing and training trustees to use new technology, and possible barriers to implementing new technology.

The webinar is available on demand for $45. You can access it now from Idealware.

How do you communicate and encourage collaboration with your board between meetings? Do you use any technological platforms for this purpose?
