THE MAGAZINE
Wise advice on fundraising well

Thirty years ago, Dr. David Allen Hubbard spoke about fundraising, and his words helped a generation of advancement officers. M. Thomas Ridington, Ph.D., explains how that advice – in the form of "commandments" – is still vital today. See his piece here. Also in this issue:
  • Making change now:  Conversations that are calling for a wait-and-see approach miss important indicators in the field. The Rev. Dr. David Rowe considers the field and why change needs to happen.
  • A Remark(able) thought: Just for boards and senior leaders – consider this issues Remark(able), a quote which will help boards go deeper in their work. Be sure to check it out!
  • In Trust magazine was awarded Best in Class for Denominational or Other Special Interest Magazine in the Associated Church Press' Best of the Church Press Awards this month. it's the second year in a row that the magazine has won the award.
