Understanding, practicing, and excelling at shared governance can be a challenge for many theological schools. Various stakeholders within an institution can have different definitions of shared governance. Trust, transparency, and communication are key to the process of institutional decision-making.

Below are a few resources to help your institution define and discuss shared governance and ensure that everyone has a clear role in stewarding the institution.

A discussion guide for the shared governance case study is available upon request.
