Brenda Bailey-Hainer, executive director of ATLA, moved her organization from a Chicago office of more than 15,000 square feet to a distributed workforce. She offered some of her experience in the Fall 2021 issue of In Trust magazine, and here, in a recorded interview with the In Trust Center's Matt Hufman, she explains how it worked and provides some great insight into what an organization should think about whether moving fully or partly remote. She discusses technology, mission, human resources, and keeping people together. Does your team still work, at all or in part, remotely? How so? What questions do you have about remote work? Send us an email and let us know.
