Voting-eligible member schools of the In Trust Center for Theological Schools have recently re-elected two members to continue their service on the In Trust Center’s board of directors. Forty-nine percent of eligible member schools voted.
 

Patricia A. Maloney

Patricia A. Maloney was elected to a new term that will end in 2018.

Maloney is associate principal director of Joint Operational Programs in the Civil and Commercial Programs Division of The Aerospace Corporation, based at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. She earned a B.S. in chemistry from California State University, Northridge, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

From 2003 to 2007, she was a member of the board of Covenant House California, a faith-based social service agency for homeless youth. She currently chairs the finance council at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Reston, Virginia. Maloney also chairs the board of trustees for her alma mater, an all-women Catholic high school in Southern California, where she has been helping to establish a new governance structure that includes both lay and religious representatives.


 

Robert B. Coutts

Robert B. Coutts was elected to a new term that will end in 2018.

Coutts retired as executive vice president in the Electronic Systems business area of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Coutts has served on the boards of directors of Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Lockheed Martin United Kingdom, and Lockheed Martin España, and he is an elected member of three New York Stock Exchange boards of directors. He also serves on the board of directors of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and on the board of advisers for the School of Engineering at Tufts University, of which he is an alumnus.

Coutts is a member of the Board of Governors at Wesley Theological Seminary. He is a member of University Methodist Church in Syracuse, New York, and an associate member of Hunt’s Memorial United Methodist Church in Riderwood, Maryland.
